The Daily Position shows the cash left after payroll, tax and bills. See what changes if a customer pays late and how much you need to sell to cover your costs.

Open it when you need an answer. Included with Growth and Insights. Update times and missing records are visible, so you can see how current the picture is.

See the opportunity before it passes.

Cash building up in the company, a shift in profit or a change in owner pay can be a reason to revisit your plans. Real-time books and financial data help us spot those changes while you've still got choices.

We bring opportunities in capital use, owner pay and tax to your attention, and explain what they could mean. You don't need to know which tax question to ask first.

Keep today's records ready for tomorrow's decisions.

A future sale, reorganisation or CRA question can depend on transactions recorded years earlier. We keep track of how income was earned, how money moved between you and the company, and the supporting tax history.

Your filings and future planning build on records we've maintained as your business grows.

Choose your plan

Start with the decisions you need to make.

Every accounting plan brings your books and business tax together. Add the visibility and decision support your business needs.

Essentials

$295/month

Get your books and business tax working together.

Real-time books, a monthly financial picture and a company tax estimate. Your annual accounts, company tax filings and basic owner-pay planning draw on the same maintained records.

Growth

$495/month

Know what you can spend and where your cash could do more.

Everything in Essentials, plus the Daily Position. See free cash, upcoming commitments, overdue customer payments and the sales needed to cover costs. Spot a cash squeeze before committing more money.

Insights

$995/month

Understand what your next move could leave you with.

Everything in Growth, plus a rolling 12-month forecast and monthly margin and new-business analysis. Work through one important decision each month, including its cash, profit and tax implications, before you commit to hiring, pricing or growth.

Every plan includes annual financial statements, a compilation report, the corporate income tax return, routine GST and BC PST filings, basic owner-pay planning and onboarding.

Tax planning starts with how your books are kept. Every accounting plan maintains the underlying records and keeps an eye on opportunities. Family Tax and Lifetime Tax add household and longer-term planning.

Your price stays fixed for your existing services, including ordinary transaction growth. Prices are CAD plus applicable sales tax.

Family Tax

Keep your family's tax picture connected.

Add $95/month per owner household

Get standard Canadian resident returns for two named adults and up to two dependent children, an annual household tax review and a midyear update.

Family Tax can accompany any accounting plan.

Lifetime Tax

The wealth you're building needs a longer plan.

Add $495/month per owner household, including Family Tax

Plan how you'll draw money from the company, prepare for retirement or succession, and manage tax across your lifetime. Get a written 12-month plan, a longer-term projection, quarterly tax reviews and one agreed standard implementation project each year.

We normally consider this when annual business profit reaches $250,000 before owner pay and corporate tax, with at least $100,000 left after household, tax and operating needs. It can also fit when you've built $500,000 in corporate assets available to invest outside operations, or face a sale, succession, retirement or restructuring.

If ordinary annual planning or one project is enough, we'll recommend that. Lifetime Tax can accompany any accounting plan.

Additional services and fees

Payroll is $99/month plus $12 per paid employee, up to 20 employees on one monthly, semi-monthly or biweekly schedule. The platform is included. Weekly payroll adds $49/month.

An additional operating company adds $245/month on Essentials, $395 on Growth or $795 on Insights. Another standard family return adds $20/month. Historical catch-up is $195 per eligible backlog month, agreed before work starts.

Accounting covers one eligible company; QuickBooks Online or Xero is separate. Additional companies share business reviews and the Insights decision brief.

Terms, information quality and included work

Accounting and Family Tax are month to month with 30 days' notice. Lifetime Tax has a 12-month term, paid monthly, renewed by agreement at the protected fee. Existing fees and services are preserved.

Real-time information reflects connected records as they become available, with update times and gaps visible in the Daily Position. Forecasts and tax estimates depend on stated assumptions.

Lifetime planning covers up to two named Canadian private companies; their accounting is separate. Outside legal, valuation and specialist fees are additional. Complex projects and personal filings need a separate scope, with included work credited.

Annual statements include a compilation report and provide no audit or review assurance. CPA review of the work isn't a financial statement review engagement. We confirm the full service terms before you join.

What happens after I start a conversation?

The inquiry form asks about your business, the decisions you're facing and the help you're looking for. We'll review the fit and discuss the work before confirming the plan and total fee.

Submitting the form doesn't start a paid engagement. We agree the scope and engagement terms with you first.

Your bank balance includes payroll, tax, bills and an operating buffer. The diagram sets those commitments aside to show cash available for a decision.

The remaining cash connects to hiring and owner pay. Neither decision is marked as automatically affordable.
